Indian Incentive Program (includes Alaskans and Hawaiians)
The Air Force Indian Incentive Program seeks to be an economic engine for Indian-owned small businesses. This program seeks ways to boost Indian economic development and to encourage the Air Force's commands to use Indian-owned small businesses in meeting their mission requirements. The Department of Defense (DoD) has directed that prime contractors, who use Indian organizations and/or Indian-owned economic enterprises, shall be entitled to a 5 percent rebate when they subcontract work to an Indian organization and/or subcontract commercial products manufactured in whole or in part by an Indian organization.
